At Psycle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Psycle account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA form is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
